Non-personalized items
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, email contact@beecrafted3dcreations.com with your order number. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Custom and personalized items
Custom-made, engraved, and personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This includes products made with customer-provided names, wording, photos, logos, or color combinations. Please check your customization details before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Email your order number, a description of the issue, and photos to contact@beecrafted3dcreations.com. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed defects or our errors.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
