Order preparation
Our usual order preparation time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Preparation time depends on stock availability and the complexity of the product or customization.

Custom, detailed, bulk, or out-of-stock items may require additional time. When additional production time is needed, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping date. For custom orders requiring design approval, production begins after you approve the design.

Shipping rates and delivery
Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Carrier transit time is separate from our order preparation time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.

Shipping problems
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@beecrafted3dcreations.com with your order number. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and include photos so we can help resolve the issue.
